About Nicole Campbell

Hi, I’m Nicole Campbell.

I’m a REALTOR® based in Bobcaygeon, proudly helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Kawartha Lakes and the surrounding cottage country. This area has always been part of my life — I grew up spending time here cottaging, and about 14 years ago I made the move to call the Kawarthas home full-time.

Real estate started as a curiosity and quickly became a passion. I officially became licensed in 2019 after spending three years working alongside one of Peterborough’s top real estate agents, where I gained invaluable experience learning the ins and outs of the industry. That experience helped shape the way I run my business today — with a strong focus on knowledge, honest advice, and truly supporting my clients through every step of the process.

Over the years, I’ve developed a specialty in rural and waterfront properties, vacant land, and new builds. My fiancé and I are almost finished building our third custom home, so I understand firsthand the process of designing, building, and creating spaces that truly feel like home. Cottage country real estate comes with its own unique considerations — wells, septic systems, lake access, seasonal roads, and rural services — and I pride myself on helping clients navigate these details with confidence.

But more than anything, my goal is to make the process feel calm and enjoyable. Buying or selling a home is a big moment in life, and I believe it should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My clients often say they appreciate my down-to-earth approach, attention to detail, and the way I guide them through the process without pressure.

Outside of real estate, I’m a bit of a homebody at heart. I love creating beautiful spaces, cooking, trying new local restaurants, and exploring the lakes and small towns that make this area so special. I share my home with my spouse and our two very lovable Newfoundland dogs, Merle and Nelson, who tend to steal the spotlight whenever they can.

Living in the Kawarthas is something I truly love, and helping others find their place here is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
